The red beans had flavor and plenty of meat. This is just the way I like it. It has that down south taste. This recipe is well worth trying.

This is an easy recipe to prepare. Just add the ingredients and let it go. Talk about more BAM for your buck. In a word delicious. Try it.

Emeril's recipe for Red Beans and Rice is the best I have ever had. It is very simple to make and believe me it will surprise your family and friends on how great it tastes!!!!
