I used a quarter of the oil and sugar, and half of the spices, and it was still plenty of everything for us. It was tasty. I served it over a salad that had grapes, goat cheese and walnuts in it. I think it would go well with many different fruits, cheeses or nuts. It has a nice little kick.

Who knew that cinnamon and cayenne would make for such an interesting salad dressing! This is yummy and different. I made the dressing using only a 1/4 cup of oil, and pro rata portions of the remaining ingredients. Also, I just used a dressing shaker, rather than the stand mixer. This will be my new dressing to wow everyone this summer. I think it would also make a great vegetable dressing. Thanks, Aaron, for another unusual recipe. You must serve the best hospital food in the world! You're a winner, NFNS!
