Outstanding. Added a touch of butter and garlic and grilled the buns, reduced the olive oil, used light mayo and reduced fat cheddar. Seriously good and about 10 WW point plus. May try beefing it up by adding a roasted pepper, or maybe a grilled eggplant slice to make it more filling.

The portobello burger at Cheesecake Factory is my absolute favorite, so I was a little hesitant to try this for fear it wouldn't measure up... no fear necessary! These were awesome!! Something about the marinade gives it such a good smoky flavor... far better than any veggie patty I've tried. Even my meat eating husband loved it. I cooked mine in a skillet on the stovetop and mmmmmm. Can't wait to try it on the grill when it's warm enough!

Excellent and easy. The rolls can be a bit problematic because traditional hamburger rolls can't really stand up to the challenge. I've had good success with ciabatta rolls.

I was hesitant to try this because I despise spicy mustard because of the horseradish I taste in it, but I did it anyways. I followed the recipe almost exactly and it was delicious. The only 1 thing that I would do next time is I would dry the portobellos before adding the marinade, then after the are done grilling I would drain them so the bread bun doesn't turn to mush like it did when I made them. Otherwise, the marinade was delicious!

These portobello burgers were easy to make and loved by everyone. I will definitely be making them again. The gouda was an awesome combination with the marinade.

I always order a Portobello Burger at the Cheesecake Factory and the Veggie Grill. This recipe is just as good and will cost less to make it yourself! YAY for Angie. :

This was delicious. Moist, flavorful, even good re-heated at work the next day. Filling but not heavy. I let the sauce-covered mushroom sit covered on the counter for an hour or so, they were great. I used parmesan and a bit of mozzarella. Really really good.

This dish was awesome! I am a veggie, but my meat-eating husband loved it too! Also, quite inexpensive to prepare and extremely fast and easy. I will add this to my regular menu.

Super easy, very tasty and unlike most vegetarian dishes, completely filling.

Terrific! Super easy. The marinade and the mayo flavored with this marinade makes this hearty burger taste like a restaurant meal. Adds depth and slight tangy-ness. I added roasted red peppers and grilled all the veggies for a minute or less.
