My family LOVED this chicken!! My kids (ages 5-12 ate all the chicken too! I told them later what was inside the chicken and they were surprised that blue cheese and spinach could taste so good. I will definitely be making this again!! Thanks Rachel!

Great company dinner and so quick and easy to make. Saved time by purchasing the already trimmed green beans. Also had a bag of multi-color baby potatoes and then looked great with the presentation.

I give it a 5 because it was great and well rounded. A little hard for me to eat, only because I'm not used to how flavorful bacon is. My boyfriend loved it! Hope you enjoy it.

This was definitely an easy recipe to alter depending on what you have around the house. Instead of blue cheese, I diced up sun dried tomato's and combined them with goat cheese. I just wrapped half of the stuffed chicken in bacon and left the other half only stuffed. It was definitely a bit messy but turned out great.

I LOVE this chicken recipe. I stuffed the breasts with only spinach and feta cheese after pounding out the breasts a little. I also followed a suggestion to sear the chicken w/the bacon in a pan for 5 mins on each side first before baking it. I also love any of Rachael's "smashed potatoes" because they're so easy and delicious. This recipe could be used again and again with different stuffings and still be awesome.

LOVE this recipe! Super easy and very flavorful. This has become a staple meal over the last year. I've changed it up by trying turkey bacon and lean pork bacon...the pork bacon won of course but the turkey bacon still works fine. Gorgonzola works well too. Definitely recommend!

This is one of my husband's and my favorite dishes. My husband makes the chicken with Goronzola cheese and wraps the chicken breast with Prociutto. It is TO DIE FOR. We serve it to friends when they come over and everyone always loves it!
