I was a little scared to take this on but it was FANTASTIC and very very easy. I wouldn't change a thing! AWSOME! I served it with horshradish mashed potatos and brussel sprouts. It is like fine dining at home!
    Thanks Paula!

Made this the first time over 2009 Labor Day weekend. Absolutely THE best and easiest beef dinner I've ever done. Do yourself a favor and go to the butcher to get a great cut of meat. Taking the silver and chain out is very easy. Don't skimp on the Soy Sauce - adds excellent flavor without a heavy Asian overtone. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent!!! I give this a 4+ for easy and 5+ for taste. If you roast yellow, red, and orange bell peppers and serve along with - makes it even better. I made simple horseradish sauce for those who like it - also Very Good! You cannot miss with this dish!

Delicious and easy. Looks great on a plate. I used Worchestershire sauce instead of soy, because I thought the soy would make it taste more Asian. But thats probably not true, so I will use soy next time. Tastes great with the garlic mashed potatoes.

I love this recipe!! It was quick and easy. Despite the time to prepare the meal, it certainly did not reflect in the meal. My family loved the meal and felt like fine dining at home.
My man is a beef lover Paula, so he loved it.
    Thanks,
