    THIS RECIPE ROCKS!!!
I had 9lbs of 90/10 ground beef that had to be cooked or thrown out. I wanted to do something beside just browning it and freezing for later use. When I found this recipe, I noticed I had all the ingredients on hand (even the bread crumbs, as I make my own and freeze when need be, this was the need be. I make my own marinara, well tonights dinner is meatball subs with mozzarella on top. Thanks Rachael Ray and thank you Food Network. Roberta in Scottsdale, AZ

Hot! I don't know if I had extra potent red pepper flakes or what, but this was almost too hot to eat. I think this recipe would have been very good without the heat.

I have made this recipe several times and every time there are never any leftovers. I made double one time thinking I could use the leftover meatballs one night for spaghetti the next night, but we had suprise guests (good thing I made extra and my husbands friends wife begged for the recipe, specifically the marinara. She loved it so much, it's now a fave in her house.

Oh wow! This was exactly what I was craving. It was great & easy to make. I used parmesan instead of Provolone. I will be making this on a regular basis. Yummy!

My boyfriend loves meatballs. This recipe by Ray allowed me to present him with a meatball better than his mothers. It's fun to make small and large meatballs to satisify all parties. Thank you :
