My husband loves creamed spinach, I have tried several receipes but nothing to talk about..until this one! It was a hit and he ask for it often, of course he thinks it is a lot of work (please don't tell him.

The taste was wonderful...I even made a cream of spinach from this recepie, by putting it in the blender and adding milk, table cream, and a bit more heavy cream. My husband loved it.
