I only made the chicken and it was very good. Added red pepper flakes to make it more spicy. Will definitely make it again.

i was completely surprise with this recipe. I have always loved Emeril's recipe's, but when i made the marinade i was not sure i was going to really enjoy it. I even made regular barbecued chicken on the side-just in case. the sauce is awesome. I will be keeping this recipe as a favorite. It was totally great!

This was an awesome dish. I really enjoyed eating it and it wasn't too much trouble to make. The only change I'll make the next time I make this is to add another half tablespoon of Sriracha. It's fairly spicy as it is but I would have liked it a little hotter.

Super easy to make, and my whole family loved it! I did the chicken without the skin and was excellent too, and accompanied it with fried potatoes, which I baked with the chicken after frying.
    Thanks Emeril!!

I used a high quality soy sauce & loved the flavors but found it just a bit too salty. Since I'm not a huge fan of low sodium soy sauces next time I'll replace half the soy with a good vegee or chicken stock, perhaps with a bit more rice vinegar to replace some of the flavor I've taken away.
I gave the thighs (hate to say I used boneless, skinless - love the skin, hate the fat & cholesterol a head start on the gas grill (low heat and then finished in the oven. I reduced the marinade (I'm sure that guaranteed the saltiness too and served it over basmati rice & green beans.
Easy to prepare ahead of time, made short work of the marinade in the food chopper. All in all with some minor, personal tweaks I'd make this again.

This recipe is full of great flavor, cilantro and ginger with just the right amount of kick. I broiled mine then baked it instead of grilling and it was excellent.

Lots of prep work but well worth it...excellent results and I now use the marinade for many other things. My freinds rave everytime I grill with this :-
