I didn't have the hot chili paste and tried jalapeno, but it just wasn't spicy. The slaw is so good I gave the recipe to my friends.

One of our new favorites. Chicken was moist and flavorful with irrestible crispy skin. Minimal prep, easy to grill and serve. Nice with stir-fried veggies and rice for a perfect dinner. Yummy!

This recipe is a keeper. I especially like the apple slaw. Very different and absolutely delicious. I have made the slaw for parties and it has always been a hit

Loved it! The Belgian endive slaw was a great addition to this, well rounded dinner for us, and our kids loved it too, we had no left overs!!!!! It was also alot easier to prepare than it said!!!

This is definitely a keeper. I have done this on several ocassions and everyone raves about the marinade with this chicken.
