This recipe was delicious! This is the only way I will make rapini!

This vegetable side dish fills the room with good smells! I used pitted oil cured olives in the recipe and a healthy squirt of Italian anchovy paste instead of the 3 fillets called for. More convenient and it tasted just fine.

The pungent saltiness of the anchovies and olives are perfect partners with the bitterness of the broccoli rabe.
