I really love this recipe! It is easy to make and the dipping sauce is so good. I would recommend this as a side for BBQ night!

Fries got dark, but hardly crispy. Dip was way too lemony and just not good. Would not make again, would not recommend.

Fries were wonderful- they came out perfectly and it was so easy!
The blue cheese sauce was just okay...we ate it, but prefer ketchup for the future....

I have made this a few times for potluck dinners. I make an abundance hoping that there'd be enough left over for my work lunch, but there never is any left over! The whole dish is always empty when I leave. I can understand why, these fries are very good. I add in the 'sprinkle' mix (the salt Oregano, and Garlic Powder.
