My husband and I could not get over how good this meatloaf was. I only had a pound of the ground chuck so I cut the recipe in half, was also out of bread crumbs so I used crushed Ritz crackers in its place. The caramelized onions on top were excellent. This is the only meatloaf recipe I'll use. My husband couldn?t wait to take it for lunch the next day.

My husband hates meatloaf and he loved this! I also made this for my grandfather, and a few others, it is raved about!!! Wonderful recipe, you can also spice it up a little more with drained ro-tel tomatoes!!

I have always been a fan of meatloaf, and this recipe is by far the best meatloaf I've ever had. The flavor is incredible- I've made this before leaving out the marjoram, hot sauce, and thyme (because I didn't have any and it is still great, but it's the best if you can make it with all of the ingredients. Thanks Sara!

The meatloaf tastes just like my dad's meatloaf! It is wonderful! I omit the bread crumbs to accomodate my low carb diet and it tastes the same. Excellent choice!!

The glaze really makes this recipe great. I double it because I like it all over each piece.

This meatloaf is the best recipe. Very flavorful. I made it in mini loaf pans and froze. Excellent. Took longer than 20 minutes but worth the effort.
