    My boyfriend say that our relationship hindered on my meatloaf. It was the only meal his mother cooked really well. So, being offered the challenge, I had to find a reciept fast and this was the one that did it. Now I make it all the time. Thank you Sara, it was wonderful & I never even liked meatloaf before :-

    I didn't have all the ingredients and it still came out excellent! Idiot proof for people who are not adept at cooking. Substituted crushed garlic (from jar for fresh, and ground lamb for the chuck and pork, had no marjoram and didn't use hot sauce. Still came out tasty!
