    I followed the recipe to the letter, however, I didn't cook it the full 45 minutes - It was already thick by 35 minutes - and adding the egg yolks just made it thicker - I prefer a creamier pudding - maybe it need less rice. But, it did have good flavor.

    This dessert was easy to make and easy to follow not to mention, delicious. The rum raisins added a nice touch to the creamy pudding. There is just a hint of rum with the raisins. Defnitely a must-try.

    This recipe is very time consuming, but it was pretty good. I would use short grain rice next time.

    A bit time consuming, something you definately want to prepare for in advanced, but SO WORTH IT!!! Good things come to those who wait! YUM!!!
