This was more like an apple omlette. My boyfriend and I were disappointed. We will not be making it again.

This is a wonderful treat. I made it on a Sunday morning as a special treat for myself and family. It's sweet, healthful (the apples, and yummy. There's hundreds of ways you can kick it up a notch (Emeril with vanilla ice cream, powdered sugar, maple syrup. Being a chocaholic, I added some semisweet chocolate tips on top of my slice and covered it with some powdered sugar. The result: WOWWW!
