Oh My Goodness! This is one of the best dishes I have ever had ever! I added asparagus and grape tomatoes as others suggested and blanched the veggies. I was going to add olives, but the rest of the salad is so fresh, that the olives detract from the freshness and bring the salad down to more of an every day, predictable, humdrum pasta salad, so I left them out. I doubled the dressing to make it oh so extra creamy. Delicious is an understatement. I now feel sorry for anyone who is not able to experience this pasta salad.

I made this for an office party and everyone liked it a lot. The only thing that I did differently the second time that I made it was I heavily salted the pasta water to bring a little more salt to it overall. I also added roasted red pepper. Wonderful dressing - a definite keeper.

Great recipe !! I used whole grain pasta , and added Blanced brocolli , asparagas. (followed by an ice bath Also added feta cheese and diced artichoke hearts . I choose to push the garlic level up so I put in double whats called for. Awesome flavors paired well together. I took this salad to a house warming party and it was a total hit .My wife didnt want me to take all of it to the event I had made it for . !! I'll just have to make more ....

I love pasta and I believe this is the best salad I've ever made. I only tried it because I had to bring a pasta salad to a luncheon and I had all the ingredients for this (except the zucchini in my fridge. Everyone raved and couldn't get enough of it. The dressing is exceptional and simple to make. I will definitely make again and add the zucchini next time.

Delicious! Used half the amount of olive oil and dressing still coated entire amount of pasta. Also steamed the veggies. Would definitely make again!

I loved this pasta salad. I am always looking for a salad without cheese and this was delicious. I used whole wheat pasta and blanched 2 zucchini and 1 squash. The dressing was very garlicky which I love and added a nice kick to the pasta salad. I also didn't have stone ground mustard and sundried tomatoes so I used Dijon mustard and halved grape tomatoes. I would definitely make again. Even my finicky 15 year old liked it.

Added carrots and black olives to mine. Lightly blanched veggies. I used a smaller portion of pasta, but seemed to be a little on the dry side. Had to add more vinegar, mustard, etc. to liven up. Turned out great!

I steamed the squash and zucchini because I am not a fan of uncooked veggies. I also added feta cheese, AWESOME!

I grilled red onions and chopped and grilled the yellow and green squash. I used red wine vinegar and no ground mustard. If the sauce is to strong (due to the vinegar add more olive oil. I loved this dish, it's a must have for the warmer months. I think it's better served warm than cold.

I LOVED THAT DRESSING! I never make my dressing in a blender, so that helped. I followed the dressing recipe exact- and since I am dieting I turned this into a pasta/tuna salad, so I used 1 c pasta, 1 can tuna, the sundried tomatoes, parsley and basil from the garden and olives. It was AMAZING! I may make it for lunch again today. One tip, take mints with you if you're eating on the go, the dressing is awesome but garlicky!
