    This recipe is a family favorite. I read other reviews that said they cooked it longer than the recommended time, but I prefer mine pink inside; it's much more tender and juicy. I've used dried herbs in a pinch--turned out fine. The balsamic vinegar adds a nice flavor. So easy and delicious!

    My husband and daughter absolutley loved this. It's the first time he has ever liked tenderloin. Super fast and easy!

    Came out great. The garlic made the dish for me. 25 min. wasn't nearly enough time. I cut a slit in it after 25 and it was very pink. I think I cooked mine 35 to 40 min. Came out perfect then...nice and tender and juicy. Seasoning was very good.

    This dish came out so tender and juicy.The flavor of the garlic and balsamic went all through the pork. This one is a keeper

    This dish turned out perfectly! I cut up potatoes, sweet potatoes, and an apple on the bottom of the cookie sheet and everything was superb! The pork was tender and lovely!

    I made this for my mother (who is conviced I can't cook and she loved it so much she asked for the recipe. She has since made it for her Supper Club, and they all loved it, too!
