This recipe is a family favorite. I read other reviews that said they cooked it longer than the recommended time, but I prefer mine pink inside; it's much more tender and juicy. I've used dried herbs in a pinch--turned out fine. The balsamic vinegar adds a nice flavor. So easy and delicious!

Came out great. The garlic made the dish for me. 25 min. wasn't nearly enough time. I cut a slit in it after 25 and it was very pink. I think I cooked mine 35 to 40 min. Came out perfect then...nice and tender and juicy. Seasoning was very good.

This dish turned out perfectly! I cut up potatoes, sweet potatoes, and an apple on the bottom of the cookie sheet and everything was superb! The pork was tender and lovely!

I made this for my mother (who is conviced I can't cook and she loved it so much she asked for the recipe. She has since made it for her Supper Club, and they all loved it, too!
