A tad on the spicey side, but still really delicious.

I did not change a thing in this recipe and it was fabulous! Served it for a Christmas luncheon and it was a hit. I made 2 of them 2 weeks in advance and froze them. Very easy.

I was looking for a reasonably healthy dish that i could make for a family member going through a rough time. I choose this recipe and was amazed at how delicious it was! I had to cut back on the spicy side, but it was a success. The quiche provided my family member with a great comfort meal for at least a few days. I can't wait to make it again - for my family. Thanks Emmeril.

This was delicious. I followed someones suggestion and added olives only I used about 1/3 cup of Kalamata olives. I also prepared the vegetable filling hours ahead. This made it really simple when I was ready to bake it.

Was very good, however the next time I would add some black olive slices.

This was a "chop-chop" dish. Very much worth the effort. Quiche Loraine has it's place, but this is a terrific addition to ones recipes.

Excellant flavor. Seems to be a favorite among women more than men.I love to cook, but not a great baker, therefore I used pillsbury crescent rolls for the crust and filled it uncooked, and it still got rave reviews. I doubled the recipie and put in a 9x13 pan for a large brunch I had. Had so many requests for the recipie, and someone wants me to make it for a baby shower brunch!! very good

Half way through, I was afraid that this very preparation intensive quiche wouldn't pay off. However, it was excellent. I would definitely cook it again, my only recommendation is that you cook it when you know if can be eaten in one day. It doesn't keep well. This could easily fill 6 people.
