At first the sauce didn't taste right, but once I put it into the oven with bread crumbs and gratted cheese it tasted great. And for a person who never cooks for her boyfriend, he loved it and said that I did an amazing job.

Ms. Ray needs to pay more attention to her measurements because using all the chicken broth produced an extremely thin sauce that even cornstarch couldn't successfully salvage. And talk about a lack of seasoning! I added chopped fresh dill, but it wasn't enough.

These two dishes have wonderful..I love chicken, noodle, broccoli, mushrooms...They all just taste great together and my children even loved them. What more could a mother ask for. Thank you Rachel Rea..

I made the Chicken Divan and the sauce was very watery. What a disappointment, as the dish lacked flavor and was more like poached chicken and broccoli. Next time, I'll try the traditional method of adding whipped cream to finish the dish to ensure a velvety dish. I'm not sure why other raved about this, but they must be fans of bland boring food.

It was ok, nothing really too special. It lacked taste to me, it wasnt' hard to prepare but I like my food with more flavor.

The chicken divan is very good but requires more effort. I do like that you get two meals from the recipe. I didn't add all of the broth to the roux -- just add enough to obtain the right consistency (to your judgement.

The chicken tetrazzini was easy to make. I liked the addition of almonds to add extra texture.

I'll make this again, most likely on a weekend when I have more time!
