I have made this a few times and it is a great base to make ahead and can be adapted many other uses. I don't always have all ingredients for a recipe and like recipes that I can use what I have on hand. I added roasted red peppers to the tetrizzini. I could see by the recipe that the sauce would be thin so I added quite a bit more flour to the rioux because I wanted alot of sauce. Next time I make this I am going to use second half for pot pie with vegetables and puff pastry top.

I loved it - it was a hit. I made it for six people and there were no leftovers. The flavor was great, but I reduced the broth to 1 and 1/2 cups, which I still think was too much - it was a little runny. I also added mushrooms and made the Divine Divan. I will surely make this again. It took a little longer to prepare than stated, but it was worth it!

I only made the tetrazzini part of this, and while the sauce is basically good, it lacked enough flavor. Perhaps adding herbs, garlic or a little parmasan to the sauce would help? This is really a good recipe to start from though.

A great time-saver... I made both of these dishes in one night: I made the tetrazzini for a family with a new baby, and served my own family the divan. My husband loved that the divan was fairly low-carb as well. And of course so tasty! My sauce also was a little thin, I will probably add less broth next time also.

    Very easy and very good.
My sauce truned out a little too thin. I wouldn't necessarily add all the chicken stock into the sauce. Next time I'll just watch it and see how it's looking before I add it all.
I'll also try to pump up the flavor a bit in the tetrazzini - maybe garlic or pepper flakes or more pepper??? Not sure but it needed something.
I also added about 1/2 cup of sour cream to the divan mixture. It made it really rich!
