I loved this soup and loved making it; however, there was too much pork for my taste. I substituted veal bones and added more beef. I know it changed the recipe, but it was fabulous anyway.

This soup is very hearty and full of taste. The flavor of the pork, ham and prosciutto lend to the robust flavors.
It is just spicy enough to enjoy and does not over power the soup. Heap on the cheese and for me get a big piece of rye bread and bon appetito.
