    Excellent meal....buttermilk mashed potatoes and the milk gravey, along with the quail bring back memories of years ago and sucessful Saturday afternoon hunts. Highly recommend this recipe!

    I made this with quail and dove, My son liked the dove the best. A friend of his came for dinner and every bite he took he went UMMMM! That was the best complement ever! This is the only way I will ever cook dove or quail! Enjoy!!
