the hummus turned out great but the fattoush salad was pretty average. I will definately keep the hummus recipe and use it again

I made this recipe yesterday and it turned out beautifully, tasted so wonderful, and I WILL use it over and over again. It was VERY easy. Once the eggplant was cooked, the rest just went into the food processor. Try it, it is great. Don't forget the pita bread!

I've been using this recipe since it aired and it is beyond compare. Although I tried others...just in case there may be one better, I always return to this one. Thank you giving me a recipe that surpasses many dishes at restaurants.

I fell in love with the Fattoush salad- SO good. I didn't add enough liquid back into the Hommous, so it got a little pasty on me. The Baba Ghannouj is okay but I think I like the Hommous better. I have enjoyed snacking on all these the past several days- these would be great as part of a Middle Eastern buffet or theme party- or for no reason at all other than they taste great!

The hummus recipe has become my staple dish to bring to gatherings. Everyone wants it and no one can believe how easy it is to make!

Coming from a Middle Eastern heritage, these recipes are so authentic -the real deal, delicious! (Personally, I prefer a little lighter on the garlic though:

These are good recipies. Next time I will try cooking the garlic first to take away some bite.
