I also ate at Brother Junipers in MEmphis, TN.. I travel to Memphis for business at least 3 times a year staying for a full week. I eat at Brother Junipers EVERYDAY I'm in town. I ordered the San Diegan onlete because Rachel Ray said it was awesome although I cant stand RR I ordered it anyways. It was AMAZING and so was the cheesy grits. Whats funny is that I literally typed the recipe down in my phone as I was eating it and then I found it here on FNdotcom! I just compared my notes and it was almost exact. I'd like to add that their is also scallions sprinkled on top and you can substitute the bacon or just add finely ground chorizo as I order it. there is also shredded cheddar cheese on top.
