Very tasty! I added mushrooms, a little cayenne pepper and butter, my husband went back for seconds! Served with grilled salmon, just a lovely dinner. It's a keeper! Thanks!

Very bland even after adding some salt hoping to bring out some of the flavors. Definitely not a stand alone dish. It might work as an addition to a fajita or burrito.

A big hit with everyone....kids and adults both love this dish. It is also great cold and I bring it to pot lucks all the time.

Excellent recipe; easy and good. It is subtle enough in flavor that it can accompany many things. I served it with Emeril's pork and broccoli stir fry and it worked. Will make this on a regular basis. Thanks, Ellie!

I've made this recipe twice so far and it is a standby now. It's tasty, but more importantly it's easy and healthy!

I made this last night, with a few tweaks. First, I used Jasmine Brown Rice instead of regular brown rice (but it will need to cook for about 50 minutes instead of 30. I find the texture and flavor more pleasing. I also didn't have any gluten free chicken stock, so I used organic vegetable broth. I also upped the dose of pepper flakes, because we like stuff spicy. It came out perfectly! Served it as the side to some grilled fish. Lovely!

Very tasty. I would put a little less red pepper and cumin in next time.

Very good! I cooked brown rice in vegetable broth. Little too warm, will back off on red pepper next time.
