My family loved it and it was very easy to prepare. I used mahimahi and it came out great!

Wonderful, made these by the request of someone else and wasn't sure about how flavorful they would be, but I was mistaken. I haven't been able to wait to make them again! The aiola went so well with the fish and next time I'm going to try adding a few things to it as others have suggested. I used a chiabatta role and toasted it and it was amazing! Making them again tonight for a friend!

Didn't make the sandwich but I was looking for a great aioli recipe for grilled shrimp. This aioli was really good after I added about a tablespoon of chopped Italian parsley and 1/2 tbs of chopped fresh basil. For a real kick I added a splash of some Meyer Lemon olive oil that I had to really kick up the lemon flavor. I used this as a dip for grilled shrimp this weekend and it was incredible. You can always cut the the amount of mayonaise with non fat yogurt if you are counting your fat calories. Way to go Giada.

Most excellent swordfish recipe I have ever tasted. My daughter watch this show and made the recipe which everyone loved, then she brought the ingredients to my house to make for everyone one recent weekend and we all loved it. I had a 1/2 a sandwich left over the next morning for breakfast (cold and it was fabulous. Easy, healthy and a fresh exciting taste. Thank you Giada.

A very hearty AND healthy sandwich. A few tweaks easily up the flavor. First, I add some tarragon and minced shallots to both the aioli and the fish. Basil is also a nice twist. Then I cook the swordfish in my panini grill and toast a sourdough baguette for the sandwich. Crunchy bread, tangy aioli, hearty swordfish steak, and peppery arugula. Mmm...

The lemon Aioli had too much mayo and basically the whole dish was bland but quick and healthy. Just needs a littl kick - more lemon zest at the very least.

My teenage daughter saw this recipe being prepared on TV and asked me to help her prepare it herself. Since then, its the only fish recipe my kids consistently ask for. They love it, and so do we. Great to have a healthy, somewhat sophisticated winner with kids.

Really good. The aioli is delicious and gives the sandwich the 'something extra' that makes it memorable. A simple yet elegant meal.
