This recipe was perfect! The fresh parm broiled onto the potatoes and zucchini was amazing. I am not a fan of thyme so I just used the fresh rosemary I have growning in my herb garden and the minced garlic for the saute....YUMMMY!!! We will definitely make this a regular on our Sunday night dinner menu.

Pretty good recipe. I cut the zucchini into rounds about 1 1/2" thick (same size as the potatoes even though the recipe said to cut them lengthwise. It was a good recipe and though not my favorite for zucchini, the potatoes were honestly yummy.

I did not like this at all. I think in the episode she cut everything into smaller bits but this recipe does not state that. Without the exposed surface area of the potatoes and zucchini, everything was underseasoned. Potatoes and zucchini were also under cooked, probably because they were in big pieces. I have other recipes to prepare zucchini and potatoes and will not make this one again.

To save on the carbs - i did this with zucchini and yellow squash and skipped the potatoes and it was wonderful. It is so simple and adds so much to any main course. Can't wait to make it again.

This recipe was great! It was super easy and turned out perfectly! I used slightly bigger potatoes so I used twice the amount of herbs and cooked the potatoes a little bit longer. I don't know how it could be bland if you season correctly and don't skimp on the parmesan.. It was the perfect side

Made this for the first time Christmas Eve for a family party and got asked for the recipe. So yummy and easy to make. Have made it several times since then. Such an easy way to do up zucchini and potatoes!

It was pretty good, but I wasn't super impressed. I doubt I'll make it again, although it was/is a good way to use up leftover veggies.
