This was a greasy and messy dish, I really didn't like it.

They taste exactly like you'd expect. A green bean covered in fried batter. I wouldnt go out of my way to make them again.

All in all this recipe is pretty good. But, I felt that the better needed to be a little thicker. So I just made my batter thicker and the rest is history. Yummy greenbeans!

It was easy enough to make the batter, but the green beans stuck to the bottom of the deep frier. They never came up to the top when they were cooked. So most of the batter got stuck on the frier basket.

I love fried green beans but this was verly heavy and greasy. I think it may be better if a light breading is used. My family normally loves your dishes but not this time. Sorry

We love the TGIF brand fried green beans we get at Sam's or Costco, but they are a little expensive. I got really excited when the Neelys made these. The Neelys recipe is even better! I tried a few broccoli flowerets and they worked great! Next time I will try cauliflower! Use your imagination. I might even try shrimp!

I just loved this recipe. I cooked it for Thanksgiving and the family couldn't keep their hands out of the bowel. They went so fast. I stored the extras I cooked in a zip lock bag, and ate them as a snack like potato chips. I craved them the next day and had to fire up some more. Great job, Neelys!!

This was super easy to make and pretty good. Next time Ithink I will add a little more seasonings since it was kind of plain. It was different and I liked it!
