Delicious!! My husband and I love it! We make this at least 3 or 4 times a month. Great to make ahead and eat for lunch the next day too. Great recipe!

I've made several times and everyone asks for the recipe. I used Iron Chef General Tsos Sauce and & Glaze instead of the sweet hot chile sauce - gives a nice sweetness – with low heat. I reduced the amount of oil and use olive oil instead of vegetable oil. I also use thin spaghetti. This is a great dish to serve at room temperature.

I followed the recipe and twisted it a little bit. I found it turned out really good. I think it was a bit too spicy but overall was good. I think adding some sweetness other then the orange zest and juice would make it stand out. I also used spagetti noodles and it might make a difference using the other noodles.

Although this dish tasted good,it was WAY too spicy for my family. I used spaghetti noodles and "spiracha HOT chili sauce". Perhaps these were not the best base ingredients. (Perhaps my results would have been better with the egg noodles and a different brand of "chile" sauce?

Next time I'll probably add half as much sweet hot chili sauce and more soy sauce.
I will probably take jamillah's advice and add a little brown sugar for some sweetness, and perhaps a little more orange juice concentrate.

This is a very delicious recipe, scumptous delicious. I made a few changes to the recipe. My adjustments where: In making the sauce I added two tablespoons of brown sugar for added sweetness. used frozen orange juice for fresh orange and zest if i don't have a fresh orange, and I also saute some shrimp, chicken or beef cut on the bias and stir fry and add to the dish and garnish with green onions and chopped honey roasted peanuts. Oh yes. I add more of the mae play sauce, more like a half cup. ENJOY!!!

I made this for a work luncheon. It was so easy to make ahead. I made everything the night before, but did not combine the noodles and sauce. I reheated the noodles in the microwave, then added the sauce. Everyone loved it and asked for the recipe. For those who object to serving at room temperature, you don't have to. Yes, it's best to let the noodles marinate for the required time to allow the flavors to meld, but you can easily reheat the noodles before serving. Next time, I'm going to add some chicken that I've stir fried in some of the marinade.

Great! Simple and delicious! I used the fresh egg noodles from the Asian Market.

The picture looked so enticing, but I was disappointed. Nice and spicy, but lacking something...and I wasn't crazy about serving it at room temperature.

These are great if you like asian noodle dishes. The hot spicy flavor with the orange is almost addicting! Great side dish for grilled entrees or taking to a picnic/tailgate
party. Can be served room temperature.

    Thanks Sara!!
