    Yum!!! My first time making a frittata and this one was amazing!!! (LOL I sound like Rachel!! Honestly this recipe was so easy to make and soooo yummy. Can't wait to try more *S*

    Was a little greasy from the cheese...I think less cheese would be better and some added vegetables besides the onion.

    Never having made anything like this before, I found it easy, and it tastes oh soooo good! Glad I bought that new non-stick recently. Next time, I'll "clean the fridge out" with ingredients, and follow the same recipe. What a treat Rachel!

    I did mine with mushrooms, onions, turkey breakfast sausage, and cheddar cheese. Who knew the skillet could go into the oven. Sorry, I am a rookie. It tasted great!! Thanks as usual, Rachael.
