this frutata (frittata was easier to cook than too spell. the ham fat gave the eggs a wonderful flavor. i do recommend first time frittata cookers to try this one first before anything else.

i have a huge passion for cooking and i'm just 18 years old. my mom never taught me to cook, and now that i'm out of the house i use my imagination and tips from rachel to perfect my learning experience. there is no way that i wanna eat frozen boxed food that u cook in the microwave. so i put alot of faith and courage in myself when i step infront of that stove. if i can do it, i know all 1st time cooks can also do it.

Recipe was easy to make - but was bland and dry. I followed the recipe exactly as written.

I tripled this recipe to serve 20 guests. Didn't need as much ham as called for in the recipe. Got a big thumbs up all around the table.

This is wonderful. Quick, easy, no fuss recipe. Ideal for Sat./Sun. I have also substituted Sausage & cheddar cheese and it's delicious any way you choose to prepare it.

While looking for a new Low-Carb idea I found this one. It was everything and more. I plan to make this easy, delicious & Low-Carb meal at least once a week.

You can alter the ingredients for variety and it comes out the same time every time.

When you have leftovers you can re-warm it the microwave and it comes out exactly as it did when fresh cooked.

    WOW!!!

Another winner from Rachel Ray! This easy dish can be altered in so many ways depending on your mood. I served it with the corn cakes and red chard from her episode "30 minute Brunch" and received compliments all night!
