This is a wonderful and easy dessert. A tasty way to use up bananas before they go bad.

This is a nice and easy to put together treat. The yogurt, if fat free, is a low-cal guiltless treat, but the taste is a bit sour. Maybe vanilla ice cream would be better?

    A quick Dessert to make.
Taste better with a splash of Honey/Maple Syrup (don't worry about those Calories- You can always burn them.
    Enjoy!!!
PS : A "RAITA" dish would generally have Mustard paste blended into the Yoghurt.
