I have made many quiches over the years and this is by far one of the best and easiest! I have varied the cheese and the vegetables and always get raves when I serve this!

I made two of these. One with spinach and cheddar and another with bacon and swiss. I sautéed the onion and real garlic (instead of garlic powder until lightly caramelized. It was really wonderful! Am planning to make again soon.

This was soooo easy. I have never made a quiche before and this got raves from the whole family. I added diced canadian bacon, scallions and sweet red pepper instead of spinich and Manchego cheese instead of swiss. I think you could just about anything to this base and it would still be great.

Fantastic and very quick and easy. I have also subbed chopped broccoli for spinach with good results. Have also added a handful of diced red peppers and herbs on hand. Great for company.

Excellent. I substituted broccolli for spinach and it came out delicious.

I made this last night for dinner. What a great recipe! It is so quick and easy. I'm not sure why it got an intermediate rating. I used half sharp cheddar and half pepper jack cheese. I can really see how easy this recipe will be to change up. Thanks!

This is very easy to make and very tasty. I followed the recipe exactly and I think this recipe calls for too much spinach because the mixture was dripping out of the pie crust.

I made this quiche for a "breakfast for dinner" party we recently had. I accidentally used 1 cup of heavy cream instead of half and half...but it turned out beautifully. One of my guests said he didn't really like quiche, but tried it anyway...he ended up eating 2 slices and he said it was the best quiche he ever had!
