I am 15 years old aspiring to be a pastry chef. This cheesecake was absolutely delicious. I would like to mention for future users, that if you wrap your springform pan with a double layer of foil and put it in a hotwater bath (put the springform pan in another baking dish and fill it halfway up the sides with hot water that it will take the 40 minutes stated in the recipe.

My husband turned up his nose at the thought of a pumpkin cheesecake. Then he tried it...he's been begging me to make another one every since. Thanks for the great dessert!

Love a pumpkin recipe where there isn't an over abundance of nutmeg and cinnamon. This recipe is perfect allows the true flavor of the cream cheese to meld with the pumpkin and not be overpowered. Absolutely fabulous.

I made this 3 times. The first 2 times following the recipe. The time was off and I had huge cracks and a raw center. The edges were beautiful and very tastey though, so I really wanted it to work. The third time, this year for Christmas, I set the foil lined pan in a water bath which took far longer to cook, but produced a beautiful cheesecake. The flavors are outstanding and it is really pretty with all of the pumpkin swirls. The smell is intoxicating! I lost track of the time, but probably around an hour and a half or more....just until set in center and NO cracks! :

We (cheesecake and I were a hit over the holidays! Everyone loved this dessert, even those who said they were not "pumpkin" fans. This will definitely become a new "must-have" over the holidays.
