This has been my go to guacamole recipe for years. I prefer my guac without tomatoes or garlic, and the chitpotle chile powder is a nice touch.

I made it for friends that came over and had great feedback on the recipe.

This guacamole was absolutely terrible, the worst Ive ever had. The amount of green onions the recipe calls for is way too much. The guac ends up tasting only of overpowering onions. You can't even taste the avocado. No amount of salvaging made this even edible... what a waste of money.

Perfect mix of seasonings with the avocados! Lasts at least a week in the fridge and just gets better.

This had to be some of the best guacomole that we have eaten, but be sure to use fresh cilantro and limes. Loved it spread on Ritz crackers with hot sauce dabbed on.
