My family loved this recipe, and now that I have done it, I have lots of steak sauce to share with my friends and neighbors. They want more! Thanks to Emeril and his team for making my house smell so wonderful!!

I love this recipe. It's very easy to make, but I thought the tomato sauce was too sour, so I added sugar. Other than that, everything was perfect, The veal was extremely tender.

I marinated this for over 24 hours and it was so good. didn't make the sauce, but it didn't need it, just used the au jus from the resting stage. Whenever i make the Essence. it's too salty for me, so I put in half the salt he calls for. much better for my liking and my husband who loves salt didn't even know it.
This would be great and easy for a crowd, just don't overcook the meat.

This was outstanding. We marinated it about 24 hours, grilled it and now we can't stop eating it. We just didn't do the steak sauce and it didn't need it.

I used the marinade for the London Broil and it was great. Very flavorful.

The steak sauce was a little time consuming to make, but well worth it. It made a huge batch and we all loved the flavors. First sweet then a little kick at the end due to the jalapeno pepper in it. I shared it with a neighbor and she loved it too. I plan on freezing it and using it to blend into meatloaf or put as a sauce with pork, its that good!
