the steak sause was so interesting to make, it had so many different ingredients! it was amazing! it makes a whole bunch of it, which is a great thing! the marinade was great too! thanks emeril!

I let myself get intimidated about making this recipe, but it turned out wonderfully suculent. I used the leftover London Broil to make panini the next day, on Italian bread, with Romaine lettuce, red onion, gruyere cheese, a little mayonaise and Italian seasoning, grilled in the George Forman grill. It gets high marks for best use of leftovers.

THIS WAS AN EXCELLENT RECIPE TO REPRODUCE AND THIS IS NOT AN EXPENSIVE CUT OF MEAT. WE JUST NEEDED TO KNOW HOW TO NOT ONLY COOK IT BUT CARVE AND THE SAUCE TO ACCOMPANY IT
