Although I didn't make the Yorkshire Pudding, I used all the same ingredients and put it in a crock pot! Wow! Juicy! Great flavors! You won't be disappointed!

I used this recipe on a sirloin roast. I have fresh thyme plants in my yard so did not skimp on the thyme branches. It was easy to prepare, tasty and the juices from the roast were delicious and thyme scented.

We haven't tried it with the "pudding", but the recipe for the roast with all of the spices, etc. is one of my family's favorite recipes.

First of all, I used a butt roast instead of a rib roast, but the results were still the same. This meal was just great! My fiancee doesn't like spicy food, so I left out the red pepper, but everything else was the same. I was surprised at how tasty the roast turned out. Also, I didn't expect the Yorkshire pudding to taste like it did, but combined with the meat, it was heavenly. A nice merlot topped of the whole experience.

Emrile as usual you never disappoint me. I have never had this dish before and found it easy to make and my boyfriend was happy to get some meat made for once.

the roast was excellent but I think the pudding is an acquired taste.
