We used boneless chuck. I quartered the essence because I can't handle to much spice. We also did the green peppers. Never had them like that. Very good. The steak was great.

I cooked this for my dad, step-mom and my husband. It was awesome my husband does not like oven cooked steaks but there was something about this one he loved. He keeps on asking me how I cooked it but I won't tell him (hehehehe.
