This was my first time making profiteroles and they came out really well. Instead of making the oil, I added the herbs to the goat cheese. Not sure if actually making the oil to drizzle would help? The dish overall was bland and lacked any exciting flavor. I wouldn't make this dish as is again. Maybe I would try the profiteroles themselves again but stuff them with something more interesting than the goat cheese mixture.

The recipe does not state whether or not to use sun dried tomatoes in oil or plain sun dried tomatoes. What did those who rated this recipe use? So my rating is irrelevant since I have not made the recipe yet.

The flavor combinations went well together. However, if u need a bunch of these for entertaining you might want to double or triple the dough recipe. Also, mine did not rise that much, so I compromised by using a biscuit cutter to cut out fun shapes. Then I piled the goat cheese and tomato mixture on top and served it that way. I will probably try this recipe again b/c I did receive good comments about how delicious they were.

I made these for a meet and greet after a concert. I did add some lemon zest, and instead of using the herbs in an oil emulsion I mixed them into the cheese mixture. they were really good and the extra filling I had made for a great dip for crackers or veg.

I am not gonna lie, i thought goat cheese would taste awful. But guess what? I was wrong! I love it so does my family.
It wasn't hard to make, but i would pay more attention baking if i were you. it's good idea to use baking spray.
    But overall, it's all good!

Giada never disappoints! Followed recipe exactly, came out great. My wife and I both loved it, though it was a little messy, so we thought probably not a good 'finger food' for company. But for a sit-down dinner, this would be great! It goes very well (as do most goat cheese recipes with a nice Sauvignon Blanc.

Becaue I make my own goat cheese I am always looking for new ways to add it to other things. My family has found a new hit only I used Fresh Basil and Roasted Garlic, also Plain with chopped bacon bits in my goat cheese. it is a hit with family and friends.

I went to an intro cooking class and these were on the menu to make. I eat with my eyes and it looked kinda iffy but i ate it anyway and IT WAS GREAT!! the drizzil and nuts made this recipe just pop. I had never had goat cheese before and I am glad I tried this recipe. I dont know what the reviewers with the low stars were doing but this recipe was great!
