i think i overworked the batter and they came out like discs so i piled them up with the goat cheese mixture, which was delicous and creamy by the way, and topped with the oil and tomatoes. i was very excited but these were a bit ick and the oil was REALLY ick.

I made these for my kids with a different filling. Very fun! When I was watching the episode I thought Giada was calling them Puffy Trolls, so in our household they will forever be know as Puffy Trolls.

I was so excited to try this recipe because I am such a goat cheese lover; however I was very disappointed with the outcome. After spending 2 hours on it I thought the time was not worth the flavor. It was a bit bland and a whole lot of work.

You can't help but be impressed with ease of this recipe. The OMG's you'll get from your dining companions attest to the delicious taste. I will say that you should go the extra mile and make the basil and mint oil and drizzle away. To me it makes the difference between an Over The Top Wow! to a Terrific Lasagna-ish Sandwich.

These were the best thing I have ever cooked! Taste explosion! My Bf didn't like them but he is very picky... oh well more for me : I ate all of them in 2 days! I did however have trouble when I tried to half the dough recipe. The dough didn't set up and was runny. I just started over and prepared the full 4-6 servings and they turned out perfect.

Very yummy and very easy to make. The profiteroles turned out just like ones I've had in restaurants...kind of surprised me on my first attempt. These will be made frequently.

I made this dish and followed the recipe closely, but I did not like it. It may have been that I do not like the taste of goat cheese. But,the profiteroles by themselves were so good. It is easy for you to overwork the batter therefore causing them not to puff up. So be careful. But next time,I might try putting a piece of smoked salmon, cream cheese, and dill on the profiterole instead of the goat cheese mixture. Really anything could go with them!

This was much easier than expected! My whole family loved it, even my picky child. The pastry was delicious. I didn't have sun dried tomatoes so I substituted bacon. Awesome!
Thanks Giada for another GREAT recipe!

I can't wait to try this recipe, it looks so good. I love the combo of sun-dried tomatoes and goat cheese.

This was a great appetizer recipe. As usual with profiteroles, be careful not to overwork the dough while beating the it. The herb oil with this was delicious!
