We love this salad. It is my go to recipe when I have Romaine lettuce during the summer. Not a traditional Caesar, but really yummy!

Yummy loved it! The grilled romaine was something really different. It was light and very tasty, had it with some lemon pasta and shrimp. Also dipped some bread in the dressing. This will be a keeper!

My whole family enjoyed the salad. It is not the classic caesar dressing but you don't miss the anchovy or egg. I thought this had a fresh delicious taste. I will definitely make it again.

I tried this recipe since it looked so good when the Neelys made it. I served it to my family and we all agree this is an awesome salad! Even my 9 yr old daughter loves it. This is rare since she is a picky eater.

I made this ceaser salad for an italian dinner I made for some friends. I also made the caprese tart and mama's lasagna. My friend loved it so much, she couldn't stop eating it. It was kind of lemony for my husband, so if you are not into the lemon you could probably decrease it.....but just great!!!

hi as I watched the Italian episode was A little confused about the caesar dressing recipe, I always believe that it has anchovies, egg yolks, and Worcestershire sauce, at least the classic, or like I read that the original recipe didn't has it, I also believe that every recipe can be modified it. The only tiny problem I think you guys should make a comment that It was your version of caesar dressing, but if you guys mentioned, and I from my part didn't hear-it, accept my apologies, after saying that, I personal think your Show it is real, and fun. Keep up the good work.
