I made this as an alternative to the usual "spaghetti night". My husband and sons enjoyed it so much! The recipes instructions are very easy. This is a no-fail recipe.

The meatballs turned out really good. I didn't make the sauce instead I used Calssico Spicy Red Pepper. I also couldn't find turkey sausage so I used chicken. I baked my meatballs on 350 and they came out juicy and delicious. Definitely a keeper. Next time I will find turkey sausage to use with this recipe.

This is a family favorite. It is one of my husband's favorites from my arsenal. : I always cut back on the red pepper flakes to at least half because the hubs can't handle that much heat, but I love the little kick it gives. I'm making this tonight for the bizillionth time. Happiness will abound in our household!

I can't eat beef or pork, but the husband likes to have meatballs with his spaghetti. This recipe lets me enjoy a dish without making 2 separate meals. Was skeptical that these would work because I really don't like how dry things with turkey can be sometimes. I have a hard time finding turkey Italian sausage in my stores, but can often find the chicken variety. I have experimented with Alfresco brand sweet italian and sundried tomato with equal success.

I tried this recipe and it was great!!! For the meatballs I used whole wheat bread, freshly grated parmesan cheese and 2% milk. I didn't fry them because I try not to fry anything, instead I baked them in the oven. They came out soooo juicy. I had extras so froze them so I could make a meatball sub at a later time. This recipe is a keeper. Thanks Neelys

The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because I did not make the sauce; however, the meatballs are TERRIFIC!!!! My husband and I only eat chicken and turkey and these meatballs are the bomb!!! I used sweet and hot turkey sausage and I used freshly "shredded" parmesan rather than grated because that's what I had on hand. I also drink only skim milk, which I used, and I don't think it made any difference in the meatballs. I also used wheat bread with the crusts removed. I made a double batch and froze them. I then put them in a bag using my food saver and now I can have meatballs anytime!!!

I had this a few nights ago at a friends house and can't wait to make it myself ASAP. I do know she cut the pepper flakes to 1/2 tsp on account of the two toddlers at the table, still ever so slightly spicy- perfect for a one year old and a three year old. For adults only I would do the full amount. Best turkey meatballs I've ever had.
