not sure why more of this shows recipes don't get the attention they deserve. i think it's probably the best show on the network at the moment. fresh ideas and really enjoyable to watch. this pasta dish is a nice twist on zucchini and yellow squash that are, for me anyway, usually a tired old dish. learning a lot from this show - thanks.

Enjoyed the simpleness of the zucchini and the saltiness of the pancetta. Jamie was right it needs a lot of pepper, if you follow his advice about working quickly with the eggyolks you will have a great dish. I am always looking forward to my Saturday mornings in bed with Jamie. I know his wife will forgive.
