Delicious recipe. I was a bit intimidated at first but it was really quite easy and so elegant and yummy. We served it at a dinner party for 6 as a starter.

These charlottes reminded me a lot of Ratatouille, except more decadent! The whole family enojoyed them as a Thanksgiving appetizer. The only down-side is that the ingredients were a bit expensive.

wonderful concept, can prep in advance and reheat at the last min. Delicious. Easy on the waistline and eye.
