I only made the focaccia but it was amazing and definitely worth the time. The bread was even great as toast the next day!

These sandwiches were so good! I made it with store-bought foccacia to save time. Made these for a party and they were a hit!

I made the bread and served with a pasta dish!...so yummy! You can really get creative with the bread and use roasted garlic or carmelized onion, fresh tomatos, etc. Can't wait to make again and again!

All of it came out very well. The bread was delicious as was the red pepper dressing. Instead of using arugula, I used spinach because I had it in the house and it's less bitter. I read a few of the reviews before that recommended grilling it, so I grilled the bread in a skillet with olive oil and heated the meat in the oven.

I loved the concept of this recipe. The Rosemary Foccacia and Red Bell Pepper Dressing were spot on. I wanted a warm sandwich though so I stole one of Tyler's preparations for the beef ((Ultimate steak sandwich and combined the two recipes. With the rib eye cooking in the pan I melted the blue cheese on top. I then sliced the foccacia open and grilled that as well. Spread with the dressing and then topped with the aurugula and the warm meat and cheese plua the red onion this was to die for. My husband definitely wants to taste it again. I can't believe how simple it really is with the advanced preparation of the foccacia and dressing. We are having a Super Bowl party and you can bet these will be on the menu.

I didn't make the main dish in this recipe, but I thought the Red Pepper Dressing was a hit. I made if for my husbands birthday party and we put it on grilled chicken pitas! The guests loved it! The only down side was the consistency was a little thick, but it didn't bother the guests at all!

The focaccia is the best I have had. Sorry I have not made the rest yet.

I did make this a couple of times to get the hang of it and instead of Beef I used simple marinated grilled chicken breasts. I also omitted the blue cheese. The red pepper dressing is what made this dish - really a tasty sandwich!
