This was a great recipe. The dough came out well and tasty and rose well. I will keep this for my pizza recipes in the future.

We use all-purpose flour for this and it comes out perfect every time!

This is an excellent recipe for pizza dough. I have adjusted the measurements a bit so that it will work well in my bread machine and still make two pizza's. Reliable and fun to make.

This was absolutely great, was my first time making pizza dough and it came out wonderful. In used all-purpose flour since I didn't have any bread flour, along with adding a little bit of honey and garlic powder. Its was so good

I have made so many different pizza dough recipes in search of a great one. The search is over. This dough recipe is AMAZING and so easy to make. Kneading is minimal. I use 4 1/2 cups flour and it is PERFECT every time. I have been afraid it was too much a few times, but have never been disappointed with the resulting dough. I think this makes two perfect sized pizzas with moderately thick crust. The second dough will stay in the fridge for a little less than a week and freezes beautifully. This is my go to dough recipe. I LOVE IT!!!!!

For those of you in search of a tasty sauce I am also a huge fan of Don Pintabona's "Basic Pizza Sauce." Delicious and easy---five star rating.

awesome! made 3 decent sized dough balls. I used one right away and put the other two in the fridge which almost doubled in size overnight. I am going to make it the night before next time. I also added a tsp of honey to the recipe and think it was fabulous!

I think it's great but try adding a teaspoon of garlic and herb. then it will make it a five star.

This is the best pizza dough we've ever used. Since it makes more than one pizza we make a pizza and garlic bread with it. Made my own homemade sauce and we use turkey pepperoni and everything is wonderful. We love it!
