I love this recipe....all I did was adjust the heat level because I love spicy food. The stock was not necessary b/c I used a tomato sauce which gave it a rich/heartiness. I also added some baby scallops since I ad them available. Finally, I also served it over a Basmati rice. Thhanks Neeely's for a great recipe!

Very good! I started with a dark roux first (oil and flour. Also, added some Andouille sausage, a teaspoon of creole seasoning, and substituted a dash of A1 for the Worcestershire. Will make it again!

OMG!!! This was delicious!!! It had the right amount of spice. I added some rice to it as well and it splendid. Definitely a winner for the winter.

It was delicious! I served it over rice so it was more filling and that was awesome. Loved the spiciness!

Awesome! My 16 yr old son made this today and was I impressed. He used 1 pound of shrimp and 1 pound of Andouille sausage. He also used diced whole tomatoes and a can of tomatoe puree to thicken it. Over brown rice - delicious!

Excellent. Even better with andouille sausage slices browned in pan first. Also a better consistency if you add some tomato paste to sauce to act as thickener.

This dish was very spicy but I really liked it. I did make a few changes for instance, I made the sauce a little thicker then what the recipe called for by adding a little corn starch and water. It came out really good.

Too spicy and too thin. Needs a thickener.

The recipe was easy to follow and had really good flavor. I made a few adjustments, and added some spicy cajun sausage, and thickend the sauce a little. Very hearty, my family loved it!!
