Amazing! I didn't have Brie so I used cream cheese instead. That's the only change I made from the original recipe. Wow, I can't believe how delicious this turned out. Great for family gatherings and parties.

This is a great recipe I have been making it for years and my family loves it. I tend to add a little more cheesy and its great. You have to be careful with some chips they may be to salty we make sure we get unsalted ones or the Mission Tortillas they work great. This dip has become a staple in our family parties! Highly recommend it!

I loved this recipe! I am not a big fan of brie so I substituted cream cheese. It was absolutely amazing! I would recommend pieces of french bread for dipping, as it made the dip taste more flavorful. The chips were too salty in my opinion.

This dip is AMAZING!! It will definitely be one of my go to appetizers for parties. The fresh spinach, brie and bacon really make it stand out from other recipes I've tasted. It's smooth, creamy and very well seasoned; I wouldn't add or change the recipe one bit. You won't be disappointed!

look no further this is the best ever! this is my favorite spinach artichoke dip. i have ordered from every restaurant i have been to and it does not compare to emeril's recipe. i make it for holidays, superbowl, birthday parties, and whenever i'm in the mood for some cheesy goodness. i've never made it with the bacon i prefer mine without it.

This was excellent. I followed the recipe except I added more artichokes and left out the cayenne (did not have any but added a splash of hot sauce. I was a bit nervous about the brie because I have never used it, but WOW! My guests could not stop eating it. It makes a lot so I froze half for Christmas. I will make it again, but forget the fresh spinach. Too much work. Next time it's frozen for me.

The artichokes were overwelming the dish. Way too salty. Very disappointed.
