This is one of the best yet. Everyone keeps asking me to make it when ever there is an event at my place or theirs.

You don't need to change a thing and it comes out **** every time I just saw the one for the Savory Spinach and Artichoke Bread Pudding and thats next for New Years

This spinach and artichoke dip was a huge hit at my mom's birthday party. It was simple to make, and gave an old classic a gourmet touch with the brie, fresh spinach and addition of bacon. The youngsters in the crowd were impressed, which is a huge compliment. Everyone was nearly too full to enjoy the main course because we were so full of this wonderful dip! I will definitely stick with this recipe for future events.

We had a potluck and work and found this recipe. Within minutes of people tasting it, I had 5 requests for the recipe. Better than what I have been served at restaurants.

this was the only spinach & artichoke recipe that didnt use cream cheese or sour cream & that may be why... but it was way too thick & dry! and i needed to add a lot of salt to make it tasteful b/c it was bland! i will not be making this one again~ in fact, i am removing it from the recipe box. i wanted to try something of emeril & wanted to like him but i will be looking for another spinach artichoke dip. anyone know a good one?

I would have to say this recipe is the best spinach and artichoke dip that I have tasted. I used marinated artichoke hearts and I think it added an extra kick of flavour. I also used frozen chopped spinach because I had some in the freezer. Excellent recipe.

Best spinach, artichoke dip ever! Recipe is perfect as is...soooo good. Second time I made it, I threw in extra artichoke and bacon. Even better for our taste.

I've been following this recipe for a few years now and it is awesome. Although I've repeatedly made a few mistakes, such as failing to drain the spinach enough or accidentally adding too much milk, both of which made it a little more runny than I would have preferred, it still tastes great.

I rarely use brie in it anymore, though, b/c it seems to make it more oily or greasy than I'd like. More often than not I just use whatever cheeses I have on hand and it still turns out great.

Sour cream is a good sub for heavy cream and I use it more often since heavy cream is not something I use a lot in other dishes.
